I was enjoying a nice and lazy Sunday afternoon when I turned my tv over to the news channel to try and catch up on whats happening in the world. The news was the usual collection of sad and tragic stories. There was a story on a murder, someone had their life saving stolen, an old lady was evicted from her home. It was all very depressing. There was however one very interesting business story that caught my aattention regarding a study over the effectiveness of various business models. The study was referred to as the nexus study and it took into account a huge range of factors that could be applied across all business sectors so that results would be relevant regardless of type of businesses being considered. I thought that it was amazing that any one study could provide so much information about so many different kinds of businesses.
